موجه/ النهضة تنشر و لأول مرة بيانا باللغة الانقليزية

البيان الذي أنزلته حركة النهضة الاسلامية ظهر اليوم السبت 21 أوت 2021 بلغة شكسبير هو ترجمة حرفية للنص الاول المكتوب بلغة المتنبي وهو على ما يبدو مقصود. و ننشر هنا البلاغ باللغتين:

“Ennahdha Party Statement following President’s Speech

Following the speech of the President of the Republic on Friday 20 August 2021 on the occasion of signing an agreement between the ministers of social affairs and finance on a loan from the World Bank recently adopted by the Assembly of the People’s Representatives for distribution of social grants to needy and low-income families affected by the covid-19 pandemic repercussions, Ennahdha Party:

1. Commends the President’s commitment to promptly executing this agreement which contains measures responding to citizens’ expectations and serving their interests.
2. Expresses deep concern about the speech’s allusion to the existence of dangerous plots against the country’s security and the personal safety of the President of the Republic for whom, and all Tunisians, we pray for God’s protection. Ennahdha Party denounces these plots and alerts Tunisians to their danger and repercussions and calls them all to remain alert and confront any such agendas if confirmed.
3. Calls the state’s security and judicial authorities to urgently do what is necessary to expose these plots, determine responsibilities, reassure public opinion and protect Tunisia’s national security.
4. Affirms Ennahdha Party’s commitment to the laws of the Tunisian state and to working within their framework and respecting its institutions, and to political dialogue as as the only way of resolving conflicts and preventing anything that may push the country towards the dangers of violence or chaos.
5. Reaffirms Ennahdha’s commitment to engaging in the national effort to prosecute all those suspected of corruption, purifying political life of illicit funds, executing laws and rulings on all without exception on the basis of equality between citizens and the independence of the judiciary.
6. Warns against all internal and external plots seeking to drag the country to instability, restrictions on freedoms and violations of citizens’ fundamental rights, and calls on all political and social forces to stand together against all attempts to abandon the gains made by the Tunisian people.
7. Considers that the unconstitutional decisions and measures announced on 25 July 2021 and thereafter remain exceptional and require everyone to cooperate in order to overcome them and promptly resume the democratic process and the natural functioning of state institutions by benefiting from the mistakes of the past and requirements of the new phase and the commitment of all to respect the Constitution.

• بيان: حركة النهضة تتفاعل مع كلمة رئيس الجمهورية

تفاعلا مع ما ورد في كلمة السيد رئيس الجمهورية يوم أمس الجمعة 20 أوت 2021 بمناسبة التوقيع على اتفاقية بين وزارتي الشؤون الاجتماعية والمالية تتعلق بقرض من البنك الدولي صادق عليها مجلس نواب الشعب منذ مدة قصيرة، وموجه إلى توزيع مساعدات اجتماعية لفائدة العائلات الفقيرة ومحدودة الدخل التي تضرّرت من تداعيات جائحة كوفيد-19، يهم حركة النهضة التعبير عما يلي:

1_ تثمين حرص رئيس الجمهورية على سرعة إنفاذ هذه الاتفاقية لما فيها من إجراءات تستجيب لتطلعات المواطنين وتخدم مصالحهم.

2_ الانشغال الشديد بما ورد في الكلمة من إشارة إلى وجود مؤامرات خطيرة تهدد أمن البلاد والأمن الشخصي للسيد رئيس الجمهورية الذي نرجو له السلامة وندعو الله تعالى أن يحفظه والجميع من كل مكروه، واستنكار حركة النهضة لتلك المؤامرات وإدانتها لها، وتنبيه عموم التونسيين إلى خطورتها وتداعياتها، ودعوتهم كافة إلى اليقظة والتصدي لمثل هذه الأجندات إن تأكدت .

3_ الدعوة العاجلة إلى أن تتولّى أجهزة الدولة الأمنية والقضائية القيام بما يلزم للكشف عن هذه المؤامرات حتى تُحدَّد المسؤوليات ويطمئن الرأي العام ويحصّن الأمن القومي التونسي.

4_التأكيد على نهج حركة النهضة في الالتزام بقوانين الدولة التونسية، والعمل في إطارها واحترام مؤسساتها، واعتماد الحوار السياسي أسلوبا وحيدا لحلّ الخلافات، والعمل على الحيلولة دون ما يمكن ان ينزلق بالبلاد إلى مربعات العنف والفوضى.

5_ التذكير بتعهّد حركة النهضة الانخراط في الجهد الوطني في التتبع القانوني لمن تتعلق بهم شبهات فساد وتطهير الحياة السياسية من المال الفاسد، وإنفاذ القوانين والأحكام على الجميع دون استثناء ودون أية اعتبارات مهما كانت، على قاعدة المساواة بين المواطنين واستقلال السلطة القضائية.

6_ التحذير من كل المؤامرات والدسائس الداخلية والخارجية التي تعمل على جرّ البلاد الى عدم الاستقرار والحدّ من الحريات وانتهاك الحقوق الأساسية للمواطنين، ودعوة كل القوى السياسية والاجتماعية للوقوف صفا منيعا أمام كل محاولة للارتداد على مكاسب الشعب التونسي.

7_ أن القرارات والإجراءات غير الدستورية المعلنة يوم 25 جويلية 2021 وما بعده تظل استثنائية، وتستدعي تعاون الجميع على تجاوزها، والاستئناف السريع للمسار الديمقراطي والعمل الطبيعي لمؤسسات الدولة بالاستفادة من أخطاء الماضي ومقتضيات المرحلة الجديدة والتزام الجميع بمقتضيات الدستور”.
