En 2010, <em>\u00abLes repas gastronomiques des fran\u00e7ais\u00bb<\/em> sont inscrits dans la liste du patrimoine immat\u00e9riel de l\u2019Unesco. Une cons\u00e9cration, puisque c\u2019est la premi\u00e8re fois que les traditions culinaires sont consign\u00e9s dans cette liste d\u00e9di\u00e9e la culture et au patrimoine.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9cid\u00e9ment, un \u00e9v\u00e9nement de cette taille ne pouvait pas s\u2019arr\u00eater l\u00e0. Depuis 2015, et chaque ann\u00e9e \u00e0 date fixe, le 21 mars, \u00e0 l\u2019initiative du minist\u00e8re fran\u00e7ais de l\u2019Europe et des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res, les restaurateurs participants dans tous les pays du monde proposent \u00e0 leurs convives un menu d\u2019inspiration fran\u00e7aise appel\u00e9 <em>\u00abGo\u00fbt de France Good\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-130053\" src=\"http:\/\/kapitalis.com\/tunisie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Gout-de-France-Good-Ban.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"626\" height=\"380\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Marine All\u00e8gre et\u00a0Olivier Poivre d\u2019Arvor.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00abGo\u00fbt de France\/Saveurs de Tunisie\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ambassade de France en Tunisie s\u2019active pour pr\u00e9parer et surtout r\u00e9ussir la prochaine \u00e9dition du concours appel\u00e9 <em>\u00abGo\u00fbt de France\/Saveurs de Tunisie\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Olivier Poivre d\u2019Arvor, ambassadeur de France \u00e0 Tunis a invit\u00e9 une brochette de cuisiniers et des journalistes \u00e0 une conf\u00e9rence de presse matinale pour donner plus d\u2019\u00e9clairage sur le sujet.<\/p>\n<p>A la lumi\u00e8re du nombre de cuisiniers pr\u00e9sents, j\u2019ai la nette impression que le concours de cette ann\u00e9e va \u00eatre une r\u00e9ussite, remarque-t- il.<\/p>\n<p>Deux mots reviennent ensuite dans sa bouche qui r\u00e9sument son intention : la rencontre et le partage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-130054\" src=\"http:\/\/kapitalis.com\/tunisie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Gout-de-France-Good.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" \/><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Rafik Tlatli, chef cuisinier, pr\u00e9sident de l&rsquo;Association des arts culinaires de Tunisie remettant un dipl\u00f4me et une m\u00e9daille \u00e0 l&rsquo;ambassadeur de France.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Vulgariser l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement pour qu\u2019il soit visible non seulement dans les grandes villes mais partout dans le pays, surtout l\u00e0 o\u00f9 se trouvent des \u00e9coles h\u00f4teli\u00e8res. Il faut dire que les deux derni\u00e8res \u00e9ditions n\u2019ont pas eu l\u2019\u00e9cho escompt\u00e9. Aussi, les organisateurs aux premiers desquels Marine All\u00e8gre, attach\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019ambassade en charge de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, mettent-ils les bouch\u00e9es doubles pour m\u00e9diatiser et gagner ce d\u00e9fi.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00abGo\u00fbt de France Good France\u00bb<\/em>, qui c\u00e9l\u00e8bre la vitalit\u00e9 de la cuisine fran\u00e7aise, se veut un trait d\u2019union entre les chefs du monde entier, le concours se pr\u00e9sentant comme un fil rouge, selon un s\u00e9quen\u00e7age de plats propos\u00e9s en ap\u00e9ritif g\u00e9n\u00e9reux, entr\u00e9es, plats, fromages et dessert<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des vins et champagnes fran\u00e7ais<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il est pr\u00e9conis\u00e9 que chaque menu soit un t\u00e9moin d\u2019une cuisine utilisant moins de gras, de sucre et de sel et faisant la part belle aux l\u00e9gumes et aux c\u00e9r\u00e9ales.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les termes du concours, il est sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 de reverser 5% des ventes \u00e0 une Ong locale \u0153uvrant au respect de la sant\u00e9 et de l\u2019environnement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-130055\" src=\"http:\/\/kapitalis.com\/tunisie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Gout-de-France-Good-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ce concours qui est une bonne occasion pour mettre en valeur les produits locaux et le savoir-faire des chefs tunisiens va couronner trois finalistes, un pour chaque s\u00e9quence.<\/p>\n<p>Les cuisiniers pr\u00e9sents ont avanc\u00e9 des propositions sur le d\u00e9roulement dont l\u2019utilisation des produits labellis\u00e9s (un concours organis\u00e9 par l\u2019Agence de promotion des investissements agricoles, Apia, tenu r\u00e9cemment \u00e0 la Cit\u00e9 des Sciences a donn\u00e9 des prix d\u2019excellence \u00e0 des produits locaux), la participation des \u00e9tudiants des \u00e9coles h\u00f4teli\u00e8res, faire venir des chefs fran\u00e7ais pour juger quelques plats originaux, organiser une Semaine de la gastronomie fran\u00e7aise, etc.<\/p>\n<p>M.
