Pourtant, une proportion importante de la population jusqu\u2019\u00e0 70%, et notamment chez les femmes, vont souffrir d\u2019un d\u00e9ficit en magn\u00e9sium.<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>C\u2019est le Pr Faouzi Addad qui lance cette alerte dans le post Facebook publi\u00e9 ce dimanche 13 juillet 2025 et que nous reproduisons ci-dessous, tout en expliquant les moyens pour parer \u00e0 cette carence et se sentir mieux.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Comment suspecter un manque de magn\u00e9sium ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les signes les plus fr\u00e9quents : fatigue, troubles du sommeil, crampes, fourmillements des paupi\u00e8res ou autour des l\u00e8vres, palpitations, vertiges, maux de t\u00eate, anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, irritabilit\u00e9 et troubles de la concentration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certains facteurs peuvent acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer ce d\u00e9ficit, comme la consommation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re de caf\u00e9, th\u00e9, alcool, sucre, mais aussi le stress et la prise de diur\u00e9tiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le dosage sanguin ne permet pas de savoir avec pr\u00e9cision si l\u2019on manque de magn\u00e9sium, car le magn\u00e9sium s\u00e9rique ne repr\u00e9sente que 1 % de l\u2019ensemble du magn\u00e9sium pr\u00e9sent dans notre corps (muscles, os\u2026). Il est donc important d\u2019analyser les sympt\u00f4mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le magn\u00e9sium est pr\u00e9sent dans les l\u00e9gumes verts, le chocolat noir, les fruits secs et certaines eaux min\u00e9rales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plusieurs compl\u00e9ments en magn\u00e9sium sont propos\u00e9s sur le march\u00e9, notamment en p\u00e9riode de stress, d\u2019activit\u00e9 physique intense ou d\u2019allaitement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les formes de magn\u00e9sium les mieux assimil\u00e9es sont : bisglycinate, malate, taurinate, thr\u00e9onate, glyc\u00e9rophosphate et citrate. Le choix d\u00e9pendra de l\u2019indication : par exemple, le taurinate est r\u00e9put\u00e9 pour un effet b\u00e9n\u00e9fique sur le rythme et la fonction cardiaque (les \u00e9tudes restent cependant limit\u00e9es)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La prise, le soir, de 300 \u00e0 400 mg peut \u00eatre associ\u00e9e \u00e0 un meilleur sommeil.
