Ce film est un r\u00e9quisitoire implacable contre une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui d\u00e9laisse l&rsquo;avenir de sa jeunesse.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mohamed Sadok Lejri<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/kapitalis.com\/tunisie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Mohamed-Sadok-Lejri-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-358589\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est un road movie qui raconte le voyage de deux z\u00e9bulons, qui sont en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 deux amis d\u2019enfance, de Tunis \u00e0 Djerba. Alyssa est une lyc\u00e9enne de 19 ans, p\u00e9tillante et rebelle, qui r\u00eave de voir son ami Mehdi gagner le concours de dessin qui aura lieu \u00e0 Djerba. Moins extraverti qu\u2019Alyssa, Mehdi (avec un \u00abi\u00bb \u00e0 la fin) est un jeune dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 universitaire de 23 ans, \u00e0 l\u2019esprit rassis, qui s\u2019\u00e9vertue en vain \u00e0 d\u00e9crocher un emploi dans l\u2019informatique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce film est un r\u00e9quisitoire implacable contre une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui d\u00e9laisse l&rsquo;avenir de sa jeunesse. On s\u2019attache tout de suite \u00e0 Alyssa et Mehdi qui tentent d&rsquo;\u00e9chapper \u00e0 une existence sans perspectives, et qui fuient une impasse sociale o\u00f9 tout espoir semble proscrit, en s&#8217;embarquant dans un voyage rocambolesque. On a envie de savoir o\u00f9 cette route les m\u00e8nera, on ignore jusqu\u2019au bout si ce couple s&rsquo;arr\u00eatera. C\u2019est une aventure qui nous tient en haleine du d\u00e9but \u00e0 la fin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une envie de fuite<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La mise en sc\u00e8ne sugg\u00e8re que la fuite des personnages est un acte contraint par une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 devenue invivable, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dot\u00e9e d\u2019une jeunesse cr\u00e9ative et bouillonnante mais qui voit son avenir obscurci par le doute et le d\u00e9sespoir. Avant de prendre le large, il y avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 une envie de fuite. La situation d\u2019Alyssa et Mehdi n&rsquo;a-t-elle pas provoqu\u00e9 les circonstances qui leur donneraient pr\u00e9texte \u00e0 fuir plus loin, \u00e0 chercher une libert\u00e9 et un espoir qu&rsquo;aucun des deux n&rsquo;avait dans sa vie imp\u00e9cunieuse, morose et priv\u00e9e de promesses ? Car c\u2019est la libert\u00e9 et l\u2019espoir d\u2019un avenir meilleur qui les guident. Et, sans doute en ont-ils trop manqu\u00e9 avant, pour partir dans cette qu\u00eate excessive. Une fois ce but d\u00e9fini, ils s\u2019embarqueront dans une escapade avec la volont\u00e9 de ne plus revenir en arri\u00e8re et la d\u00e9termination de trouver une solution \u00e0 leur vie mis\u00e9rable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019on ne peut rester insensible \u00e0 cette histoire. Les personnages d\u2019Alyssa et de Mehdi sont cr\u00e9dibles et bien construits, l\u2019\u0153uvre brille par l\u2019\u00e9paisseur psychologique de ses protagonistes. On suit leur \u00e9volution avec tendresse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2018\u2018\ud835\udc4a\u210e\ud835\udc52\ud835\udc5b \ud835\udc61\u210e\ud835\udc52 \ud835\udc64\ud835\udc56\ud835\udc5b\ud835\udc51 \ud835\udc50\ud835\udc5c\ud835\udc5a\ud835\udc52\ud835\udc60 \ud835\udc53\ud835\udc5f\ud835\udc5c\ud835\udc5a\u2019\u2019 est port\u00e9 par un duo de jeunes acteurs que sont Eya Bellagha et Slim Baccar. Ces derniers ont litt\u00e9ralement crev\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9cran ! La justesse de leur jeu, le caract\u00e8re authentique de leur souffrance, leur performance empreinte d&rsquo;une d\u00e9tresse criante de v\u00e9rit\u00e9 nous pousse \u00e0 la r\u00e9flexion et \u00e0 nous interroger sur l\u2019avenir des jeunes de ce pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat du film r\u00e9side dans la dualit\u00e9 de ses protagonistes, \u00e0 la fois d\u00e9termin\u00e9s et profond\u00e9ment fragiles ; ce contraste est particuli\u00e8rement bien exploit\u00e9. L\u2019histoire de leur voyage, ou plut\u00f4t leur fuite, est un peu l\u2019histoire de toute une vie en acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9, avec ses mauvaises et ses bonnes surprises, avec ses d\u00e9ceptions et ses lueurs d\u2019espoir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lib\u00e9rer la puissance du r\u00eave<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bref, \u2018\u2018\ud835\udc4a\u210e\ud835\udc52\ud835\udc5b \ud835\udc61\u210e\ud835\udc52 \ud835\udc64\ud835\udc56\ud835\udc5b\ud835\udc51 \ud835\udc50\ud835\udc5c\ud835\udc5a\ud835\udc52\ud835\udc60 \ud835\udc53\ud835\udc5f\ud835\udc5c\ud835\udc5a\u2019\u2019 restitue le climat de notre \u00e9poque et donne un aper\u00e7u de notre r\u00e9alit\u00e9 sociale, mais aussi de nos psych\u00e9s et psychoses collectives. Les incursions oniriques renvoient directement au courant surr\u00e9aliste. Malgr\u00e9 quelques maladresses dues au manque de moyens, elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 soign\u00e9es dans la mesure du possible et sont \u00e0 saluer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, les sc\u00e8nes surr\u00e9alistes sont loin d\u2019\u00eatre des artifices esth\u00e9tiques, elles convoquent l\u2019h\u00e9ritage d\u2019un surr\u00e9alisme authentique qui n\u2019est pas sans nous rappeler celui de Luis Bunuel, Jean Cocteau et David Lynch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans certaines sc\u00e8nes, le r\u00eave se m\u00eale \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, si bien que l\u2019on ne sait plus quelle image est r\u00e9elle et quelle image appartient au r\u00eave du personnage. En fait, Amel Guellaty cherche \u00e0 lib\u00e9rer la puissance du r\u00eave de Mehdi et Alyssa et \u00e0 abolir la fronti\u00e8re entre le r\u00e9el et l\u2019imaginaire, offrant au spectateur, le temps de quelques sc\u00e8nes, une exp\u00e9rience immersive o\u00f9 la po\u00e9sie du r\u00eave contraste avec la laideur et la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 brute de leur quotidien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que ce soit un <em>road movie<\/em>, ce film n\u2019est pas une contrefa\u00e7on du cin\u00e9ma am\u00e9ricain et repr\u00e9sente une voix propre et originale, en l\u2019occurrence celle de la r\u00e9alisatrice. A travers ce long-m\u00e9trage, elle a fait en sorte que ces voix fragiles n\u2019aient plus que le d\u00e9sert du sud tunisien, le sable des plages ou quelques c\u00e9nacles mondains et st\u00e9riles comme lieux d\u2019expression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 tout ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9crit, ce film n\u2019est pas du tout m\u00e9lancolique, bien au contraire ! La r\u00e9alisatrice poss\u00e8de cet art \u2013 \u00f4 combien rare en Tunisie et dans le monde arabe ! \u2013 de la finesse qui consiste \u00e0 filmer la gravit\u00e9 sans jamais l\u2019appesantir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les failles d&rsquo;une soci\u00e9t\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e0 o\u00f9 d\u2019autres s\u2019enfermeraient dans le pathos, Amel Guellaty choisit le ton badin et l\u2019humour pour diss\u00e9quer les failles de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et les tourments d\u2019\u00e2me d\u2019Alyssa et Mehdi. Sous le vernis d\u2019une apparente l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9, la r\u00e9alisatrice transforme des sujets graves tels que le ch\u00f4mage, les agressions sexuelles, l\u2019\u00e9go\u00efsme comme facteur de r\u00e9ussite, l\u2019immobilisme social et administratif, le traditionalisme rigide, le pays devenu un terreau de ranc\u0153ur et de frustration, etc., en r\u00e9cits d\u2019aventure riches en \u00e9motions. C\u2019est un cin\u00e9ma qui traite de l\u2019essentiel avec un sourire en coin, prouvant que le cin\u00e9ma engag\u00e9 n\u2019a pas besoin de larmes et de solennit\u00e9 pour bousculer le spectateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je pense sinc\u00e8rement que \u2018\u2018\ud835\udc4a\u210e\ud835\udc52\ud835\udc5b \ud835\udc61\u210e\ud835\udc52 \ud835\udc64\ud835\udc56\ud835\udc5b\ud835\udc51 \ud835\udc50\ud835\udc5c\ud835\udc5a\ud835\udc52\ud835\udc60 \ud835\udc53\ud835\udc5f\ud835\udc5c\ud835\udc5a\u2019\u2019 doit \u00eatre vu par le plus grand nombre de jeunes tunisiens. Ces derniers s\u2019identifieront \u00e0 coup s\u00fbr aux protagonistes. D\u2019ailleurs, le grand public appr\u00e9ciera les visages familiers du petit et du grand \u00e9cran. Leurs apparitions sont assez br\u00e8ves, mais elles apportent une certaine intensit\u00e9 au film. Le talent de Fatma Sfar, Saoussen M\u00e2alej et Mohamed Graya\u00e2 a permis de graver dans les esprits les sc\u00e8nes auxquels ils ont particip\u00e9. Une mention sp\u00e9ciale \u00e0 Fatma Sfar qui a magistralement incarn\u00e9 le r\u00f4le de la <em>\u00abfemme corruptrice\u00bb<\/em>. D\u2019ailleurs, le manque d\u2019exp\u00e9rience et la posture innocente d\u2019Alyssa dans la sc\u00e8ne de la bo\u00eete de nuit ne sont pas sans nous rappeler le personnage de Aya incarn\u00e9 par la m\u00eame Fatma Sfar dans l\u2019excellent film de Mehdi Barsaoui : \u2018\u2018\ud835\udc34\ud835\udc56\u0308\ud835\udc50\u210e\ud835\udc4e\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La bande originale est \u00e9galement int\u00e9ressante. L&rsquo;utilisation des morceaux de \ud835\udc4c\ud835\udc62\ud835\udc5a\ud835\udc4e transcende la simple bande-son pour devenir un v\u00e9ritable v\u00e9hicule narratif. En choisissant leur style un peu folk et m\u00e9lancolique, le film parvient \u00e0 instaurer une intimit\u00e9 imm\u00e9diate avec le spectateur, notamment les jeunes et moins jeunes qui appr\u00e9cient ce duo. Chaque note de guitare acoustique semble chuchoter les non-dits des personnages. Ainsi la musique de Yuma n\u2019est pas seulement l\u00e0 pour illustrer certaines sc\u00e8nes, elle en approfondit la tonalit\u00e9 \u00e9motionnelle, transformant les moments de doute et de solitude en r\u00e9flexions sur l\u2019espoir et la condition des jeunes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e9las ! En d\u00e9pit de la qualit\u00e9 remarquable de l\u2019\u0153uvre, la salle du cin\u00e9ma l\u2019ABC \u00e9tait quasiment vide : nous n&rsquo;\u00e9tions que trois. Le film qui passait juste avant, \u2018\u2018\ud835\udc46\ud835\udc4e\u210e\ud835\udc4f\ud835\udc52\ud835\udc58 \ud835\udc45\ud835\udc4e\ud835\udc57\ud835\udc52\ud835\udc59 2\u2019\u2019, a beau \u00eatre un navet populacier, il ne d\u00e9semplit pas, m\u00eame apr\u00e8s deux mois d\u2019exploitation. Manifestement, le r\u00e8gne du mauvais go\u00fbt ne semble pas pr\u00e8s de s\u2019achever.
