Dans beaucoup de foyers, il est le premier aliment pos\u00e9 sur la table, symbole de partage et de g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9. Il apporte principalement des glucides rapidement digestibles, pouvant favoriser des \u00e9l\u00e9vations rapides de la glyc\u00e9mie, surtout lorsqu\u2019il est consomm\u00e9 seul ou accompagn\u00e9 de produits sucr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un contexte de s\u00e9dentarit\u00e9 et d\u2019exc\u00e8s calorique global, une consommation \u00e9lev\u00e9e et r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e de pain blanc peut contribuer :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 au surpoids&nbsp;;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 \u00e0 la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019insuline&nbsp;;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 au diab\u00e8te de type 2&nbsp;;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 \u00e0 l\u2019hypertension art\u00e9rielle, notamment lorsque l\u2019alimentation est \u00e9galement riche en sel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le matin, l\u2019association pain blanc + confiture + p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner + boisson sucr\u00e9e constitue un petit-d\u00e9jeuner \u00e0 fort impact glyc\u00e9mique, peu rassasiant \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La meilleure alternative reste de privil\u00e9gier le <em>\u00abpain complet ou int\u00e9gral\u00bb<\/em>, plus riche en fibres, vitamines et min\u00e9raux. Les \u00e9tudes montrent qu\u2019une consommation plus importante de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 un risque plus faible de diab\u00e8te de type 2 et de maladies cardiovasculaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais le point essentiel reste la <em>\u00abquantit\u00e9 consomm\u00e9e\u00bb<\/em>. M\u00eame un pain de bonne qualit\u00e9, pris en exc\u00e8s, reste un apport calorique important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conseils simples :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 r\u00e9duire la taille des portions&nbsp;;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 \u00e9viter de manger du pain \u00e0 chaque repas par automatisme&nbsp;;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 limiter les associations avec sucre ajout\u00e9&nbsp;;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 accompagner le pain de prot\u00e9ines et de bons lipides (\u0153ufs, fromage frais, huile d\u2019olive, thon, avocat, l\u00e9gumineuses)&nbsp;;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 varier avec d\u2019autres sources de glucides de meilleure qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pain n\u2019est pas un ennemi.
