D&rsquo;autres consultations interprofessionnelles auront lieu \u00e0 Djerba, le 20 janvier 2020, et r\u00e9unira des restaurateurs touristiques de M\u00e9denine, Tataouine, Tozeur et Gafsa.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon eux, le secteur est affubl\u00e9 de textes, disons-le, vieux de plus de 40 ans, et souffre de la lourdeur des proc\u00e9dures administratives, de la multiplicit\u00e9 des intervenants, de l&rsquo;absence d&rsquo;innovation gastronomique, du manque flagrant de personnel et de qualifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notons que le projet de r\u00e9vision du classement des restaurants touristiques sera pilot\u00e9 par l&rsquo;Office national du tourisme tunisien (ONTT) en collaboration avec la profession. Plusieurs \u00e9tapes sont envisag\u00e9es \u00e0 cet effet, dont une analyse de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat des lieux, l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration d&rsquo;un plan op\u00e9rationnel, et un benchmarking (technique de marketing qui signifie une \u00e9tude comparative). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><strong>A.
