La th\u00e9matique de cette ann\u00e9e \u00e9tait autour des mod\u00e8les des organisations du futur. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Dans son mot d\u2019introduction, Meriem Chaabouni, membre fondatrice de Atuge au F\u00e9minin, a annonc\u00e9 le programme de la soir\u00e9e, puis la marraine du groupe Atuge au F\u00e9minin, Sihem Jouini, est revenue sur le parcours remarquable du club Atuge au F\u00e9minin \u00e0 travers la mise en place du programme du mentoring et l\u2019organisation continue des \u00e9v\u00e9nements pour mettre en lumi\u00e8re des parcours de femmes inspirantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La soir\u00e9e \u00e9tait organis\u00e9e en deux table rondes : la premi\u00e8re table-ronde a \u00e9t\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9e par Rym Sahnoun, managing director Orange Business Services, autour des questions : Quels mod\u00e8les d\u2019organisation du futur ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chacun des participants et participantes ont exprim\u00e9 leur avis et leurs exp\u00e9riences concernant ces mod\u00e8les futuristes. Nathalie Raulet Croset, professeur IAE Paris- Sorbonne Business School, a rappel\u00e9 la d\u00e9finition des organisations lib\u00e9r\u00e9es, adaptatives\u2026 ces mod\u00e8les \u00e9manant de la mise en place de l\u2019agile qui permettent de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une forte attente des salari\u00e9s pour avoir du sens au travail et avoir plus d\u2019autonomie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dominique Dana\u00eb, chief storyteller chez Microsoft, a expliqu\u00e9 comment Microsoft s\u2019est r\u00e9invent\u00e9e ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es en mettant en avant les nouvelles mani\u00e8res de travailler avec une culture bas\u00e9e sur le growth mindset, o\u00f9 les salari\u00e9s sont dans une culture apprenante en continue. Elle a aussi rappel\u00e9 l\u2019importance de prendre en compte l&rsquo;impact de la pand\u00e9mie et qu\u2019il est important que les entreprises r\u00e9inventent les mod\u00e8les de collaboration vers des modes hybrides. Ces mod\u00e8les sont orient\u00e9s vers l\u2019humain et poussent \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir sur leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 faire progresser le collectif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stephane Pensivy, directeur des op\u00e9rations France chez Orange Business Services, co-auteur du livre <em>\u00abLa gouvernance adaptative\u00bb<\/em>, nous a \u00e9clair\u00e9 sur la d\u00e9finition de ce mode d\u2019organisation qui apporte un cadre aux entreprises afin de mieux appr\u00e9hender les changements fr\u00e9quents et de fonctionner de mani\u00e8re beaucoup plus agile. Il a, \u00e9galement, rappel\u00e9 les pr\u00e9requis pour r\u00e9ussir cette transformation : le premier est la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019avoir un collectif align\u00e9 sur la raison d\u2019\u00eatre et la valeur qu\u2019il apporte. Le deuxi\u00e8me est l\u2019importance de faire confiance et de d\u00e9l\u00e9guer \u00e0 ses \u00e9quipes les prises de d\u00e9cision dans le but d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les processus et de lib\u00e9rer du temps. Pour son cas, cette organisation lui a permis de lib\u00e9rer 20% de son temps en supprimant les comit\u00e9s et d&rsquo;accro\u00eetre sa confiance en ses \u00e9quipes. A travers l\u2019intelligence collective, ce mode d\u2019organisation permet au syst\u00e8me de s\u2019ajuster tr\u00e8s rapidement aux changements et d\u2019accepter les erreurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nina Bufi, directrice de projets, fondatrice d\u2019Open Opale, a expliqu\u00e9 le sens du mod\u00e8le d\u2019organisation opale qui permet \u00e0 ceux qui s\u2019y trouvent de r\u00e9aliser pleinement leur potentiel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9galement, elle a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 l\u2019acheminement qui l\u2019a amen\u00e9 \u00e0 fonder Open Opale, un r\u00e9seau d\u2019entraide, et les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de ce mod\u00e8le \u00e0 travers la recherche de conciliation entre les int\u00e9r\u00eats de l\u2019individu et du collectif.
