Il s\u2019agit aussi de faire profiter les participants du retour d\u2019exp\u00e9riences des entreprises participant aux diff\u00e9rents panels.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-70931\" src=\"http:\/\/kapitalis.com\/tunisie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Emna-Kharouf-Deloitte.jpg\" alt=\"emna-kharouf-deloitte\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Emna Kharouf.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ouided Bouchamaoui, pr\u00e9sidente de l\u2019Union tunisienne de l\u2019industrie, du commerce et de l\u2019artisanat (Utica), a d\u00e9clar\u00e9, dans son allocution d\u2019ouverture, que l\u2019entreprise a besoin de comp\u00e9tences qualifi\u00e9es qui r\u00e9pondent aux nouveaux profils exig\u00e9s par l\u2019activit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique ajoutant que nouvelles fili\u00e8res de formations devraient \u00eatre cr\u00e9\u00e9es pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces besoins. Il est de ce fait important de revaloriser les fili\u00e8res professionnelles appel\u00e9es \u00e0 former les comp\u00e9tences et les profils demand\u00e9s par les entreprises car, sans le capital humain, l\u2019entreprise ne peut pas esp\u00e9rer se d\u00e9velopper; d\u2019o\u00f9 l\u2019importance de la fonction DRH au sein de l\u2019entreprise, a ajout\u00e9 Mme Bouchamaoui.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Emna Kharouf, associ\u00e9e Deloitte, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que l\u2019enqu\u00eate r\u00e9v\u00e8le que la Tunisie enregistre les m\u00eames tendances RH que celle r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9es par les enqu\u00eates r\u00e9alis\u00e9es dans d\u2019autres pays et les 3 premi\u00e8res tendances mondiales sur les 10 enregistr\u00e9es se retrouvent en Tunisie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Parmi ces tendances, la structure organisationnelle et le mode de gouvernance semblerait \u00eatre les plus importants et l\u2019enqu\u00eate r\u00e9v\u00e8le que d\u2019une gouvernance pyramidale la tendance est vers une gouvernance plus participative.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-70932\" src=\"http:\/\/kapitalis.com\/tunisie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Utica-Deloitte.jpg\" alt=\"utica-deloitte\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">La structure organisationnelle de l\u2019entreprise, l\u2019engagement du personnel orient\u00e9 objectif et la culture d\u2019entreprise pour valoriser le capital humain ont \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme les 3 leviers les plus importants pour le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Apr\u00e8s la pr\u00e9sentation des principaux r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019enqu\u00eate, des responsables d\u2019entreprises tunisiennes, publiques et priv\u00e9es, grandes entreprises et PME, ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 leurs exp\u00e9riences sp\u00e9cifiques dans la gestion des ressources humaines, les tendances dans ce domaine et les probl\u00e9matiques qui se posent \u00e0 leurs entreprises.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>I.
