@Marc Jones
Your article is in line with the positions taken by economists and financiers who are entirely locked into the paradigm imposed by globalization, namely
- Globalization of the benefits for companies and dominant countries,
- and that of dependence and precariousness for those – former colonies in particular, holders of soil and subsoil wealth).
The mechanisms offered to countries in difficulty are based on three tools of enslavement:
- 1) "debt", this tool used by the West and rich countries as a revolving credit to "apply their Christian charity", and allow small countries to just get their heads out of the water (and by the way the enrichment of many profiteers, but who "hold" these countries in the interest of controlling the lenders)
- 2) the absolute belief that Africa has no other choice, therefore will not come out of it alone, which would imply the need for a mentor.
- 3) the need to "negotiate" in a world dominated by the balance of power, while the praetors are convinced of "leading the game" as always since the colonial era, through, among other things, the complicity of local actors, devoted to the liberalism of the “so-called free world”

ORGANIZED BEGAGING MUST STOP, Africa, like other countries dependent on globalization, must go on the offensive:
- climate change is due to the rapacity of rich countries and their global companies
- It has generated 2400 Gto of CO2 since 1850 (IPCC & Carbon Brief estimate), the majority of which is attributable to them
- These countries have in fact contracted a climate debt of more than $10,000 billion towards poor countries, including Africa, (by valuing 80% of CO2 emissions at the EU cost of $6/T).

If Africa, among other poor countries, were to take action, it should
- be offensive and claim RIGHTS and not ALMS
- Within the UN organisation, with a request for SUSPENSION OF DEBT PAYMENTS of poor countries, therefore African countries too, and REQUEST FOR FORMAL DECLARATION of the Climate debt of rich countries and their global companies!
- This stoppage of debt payments, and the retributions due to climate change would allow Africa, among other things, to start country by country to get out of poverty and face the DRAMAS CAUSED by this change for which they will certainly pay a great cost! !
>>>> So no more heads down for countries in trouble, and no more reaching out to the same exploiters – old and new!
>>>>> Let us demand a treatment of poverty by the establishment of a just and climate-responsible world order!

The mechanisms offered to countries in difficulty are based on three tools of enslavement:
