On compte désormais 10 cas du variant britannique du coronavirus à Kasserine, dont 8 dans la délégation de Rehayet et 2 autres à Sbeïtla, selon le directeur régional de la Santé, Dr Abdelghani Chaabani.
Dans une déclaration aujourd’hui, samedi 6 mars 2021, aux médias, le directeur régional de la Santé a précisé que les analyses se poursuivent, en rappelant que les autorités ont décidé de fermer Rehayet pendant 10 jours, afin d’éviter la propagation du nouveau variant, sachant que la délégation a été classé comme zone à risque.
Notons que depuis l’apparition de la pandémie, l’an dernier, 6029 cas positifs ont été enregistrés à Kasserine.
Rappelons par ailleurs, que d’autres cas du variant britannique ont été enregistrés à Bizerte, au Lac (Tunis) et à la cité Ghazela (Ariana).
